1. What do I do if my Credit card has a limit (Debit/Check cards) ?
Proceed to order page and check Debit/Check Card Box. This will notify us that the bank has a daily limit on your card. We will charge your credit card the daily limit, until the balance is fulfilled. If you know your credit card daily limit, please let us know the amount in the Remarks box..

2. How do I make COD arrangements for my order ?
Proceed to order page and check COD Orders Box. For COD Orders minimum 50% Deposit is required. The deposit will be charged on your credit card account and the balance will be paid upon delivery with either cashier check or money order. If you want to charge more then 50% deposit, please state the amount under Remarks box. If you want to charge the full amount, do not check the COD box.

3. Could I use a Debit/Check card for a COD order ?
Yes. Proceed to order page and check both Debit/Check card and COD Orders Boxes. The 50% deposit will be charged on your Debit/Check credit card account and the balance will be paid upon delivery with cashier check or money order.

4. How can I place an order if I do not have a Credit Card ?
We encourage you to use Western Union Quick Collect payment option. You could choose to pay in full or pay a 50% Deposit and COD the balance. Please see FAQ #5.

5. How do I make payments by Western Union?
You could go to your local Western Union and ask for a QUICK COLLECT form (blue and white) and follow the simple instructions. You could also choose to use the Western Union link provided on our home page. Just click on the banner and you will be connected directly to the Western Union web site. Use following information and call us back at 323-583-3229, with the money transfer control number:

5. How do I make payments by PayPal?
You can send us a payment via PayPal at anytime by clicking on the PayPal logo at the top or bottom of any page on our website. If you wish to place an order from our website and pay via PayPal, you may do so by clicking on the "Order" button after finding your wheels, tires, or package and then entering your zip code to enter the shopping cart. You will be shown the items you wish to order and a total, instead of proceeding to checkout, click the PayPal link provided and you will be taken to PayPal for processing. Be sure to provide us in the notes the MAKE/MODEL/YEAR of your vehicle for the fastest service.

8. How do I know if a wheel is available for my car ?
Use our Search Wheels by Car or Search Specials by Car. All the wheels available for your vehicle will be shown. You can also call one of our experienced salesmen to assist you with any fitment questions.

9. When using Search wheels by Brand, how do I know if a wheel is available for my car ?
1. Click on the wheel in question. 2. Once the enlarged picture shows, click on the "fitment" button. 3. Select a vehicle make to see if the wheel is available to fit for your car. 4. If the wheel you choose is not available, the search will show you which wheels are available for your vehicle.

10. When purchasing wheels and tires do they come mounted and balanced ?
Yes, we use the latest technology and the best that Hunter machinery has to offer, in order to mount and balance your wheel and tire package.

11. How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders usually take between 7 to 10 business days to reach you, unless otherwise informed by a representative. Special orders and chrome-plated wheels may take few days longer. Keep in mind, UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES. A physical address is required.

12. Does UPS ship to PO BOXES?
No, a physical address is required.

13. How much are my shipping charges ?
For wheels and tires package specials, shipping is free. There is only a handling fee, for labor and packaging. If you were to contact UPS, you will find out that shipping for a wheel and tire package costs well above our handling fee. If you order wheels, tires or packages that are not on special the shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges based on weight and your zip code.

14. Can you ship to a different address other than the billing address ?
By either choosing to pay via Western Union Quick Collect or by using your credit card to place a 25% deposit on your order and pay the remaining balance via COD. The remining balance must be under $1500. Orders can be for no more than $2000 when paying via COD.

15. What are handling charges ?
Handling charges cover the cost of labor for mounting, balancing, packaging, shipping insurance and intallation tools that are required to make it possible for your order to be shipped safely and securely, and to arrive ready to mount onto your vehicle.

16. Do you ship to Canada ?
Unfortunately we do not.

17. Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or Alaska ?
We ship to to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or Alaska by UPS second day. The cost is:
$275 for either four wheels or four tires.
$500 for any wheel and tire package 18" or smaller.
$700 for any wheel and tire package 19" or larger.

18. Can you express ship my tires/wheels ?
Yes, next day air and 2nd day air services are available on orders paid in full via Western Union or PayPal. Call us at 323-583-3229 for rates.

19. Do lug nuts and locks come with my wheels ?
Lug nuts are NOT included in wheel and tire packages. We advise you purchase locks locally. This way in case you loose your key lock, it is much easier to find a replacement key in your town.

20. Are your products warranteed ?
All wheels and tires are warranteed by the manufacturer, if defective. Road hazards are not covered by manufacturer warranties. Victoria Tire is not responsible for damage done to products after purchase. Please ask a representative about warranty policies if you are unclear.

21. Do you accept returns and grant refunds ?
Victoria Tire & Wheel will accept returns if the products have not been driven on, mounted, or been used in anyway. All returns must take place within 2 days after goods are received and signed for. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless due to an error on our part. We will not accept any returns on a product that has been used in any way shape or form. The credit will be given less shipping charges. Victoria Tire will refund shipping charges only if there was an error on our side. You must call in for an Return Authorisation #.

22. Are all of your products new and good ?
Victoria Tire & Wheel sells only brand new wheels and tires online. We inspect every wheel and tire before shipping, to ensure top quality. We DO NOT sell blem wheels or tires.

24. What is Black Chrome ?
The Black Chrome finish is the newest finish available on OEM and Custom Wheels. Being both shiny and reflective the Black Chrome finish is very similar to chrome. The only difference is that with the Black Chrome finish the color of the chrome is in fact a Pearl Black. Black Chrome application is a patented process. Essentially, pure chromium is applied to a surface by physical vapor deposition, in a vacuum metallization chamber and then protected with a liquid clear coat. The result is a very shiny, reflective, durable finish that not only looks great but actually performs to OEM paint specifications, which no other chrome produced to this day can say. Black chrome is resilient against brake dust, road salt, and road grime and requires very little up keep. Soap and water are the only necessary components to keep this finish looking absolutely great.
